Signification des diffèrents codes des modèles JEEP

CJ = Désigne les CJ2 jusque la CJ8. CJ pour Civilian Jeep ( Jeep civile). De 1946 à 1986.

DJ = Jeep des Postes, et commerciales. Dj pour Delivery ou Dispach Jeep.(Livraison et Expédition). A partir de 1956.

FC = Forward Control (cabine avancée) De 1956 à 1965.

FJ = Eagle Talon.

KJ = Cherokee Liberty. De 2001 à 2007.

KK= Cherokee Liberty. A partir de 2008.

LJ = Wrangler Unlimited.

MJ = Comanche pickup. De 1986 à 1992

SJ = Jeeps Full Size, comme les Cherokees, série J , Gladiator, M715 des années 70.

TJ = Jeep Wrangler dpuis 1997, phares ronds.

VJ = Jeepster. De 1948 à 1950.

WJ / WG = Grand Cherokee. De 1999 à 2004.

WK / WH = Grand Cherokee. A partir de 2005.

XJ = Petit Cherokee. De 1984 à 2001

YJ = Wrangler. De 1987 à 1995, phares carrés.

ZJ / ZG = Grand cherokee. De 1993 à 1998

JK = Wrangler à partir de 2007
